Terms and Conditions

    1. Promoter:
      The promoter is Clennetts Mitre 10 in partnership with Meyer Timber Pty Ltd.

    2. Promotion Period:
      The promotion runs from 10 June 2025 to 31 August 2025, inclusive.

    3. Eligibility:

      • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

      • Participants must have a public Instagram account.

      • Employees of Clennetts Mitre 10, Meyer Timber, and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

    4. How to Enter:

      • Post a creative photo featuring Meyer Timber products to your Instagram feed.

      • Tag @clennettsmitre10, @clennettstradecentre, and @meyer.timber in the image and caption.

      • Only one entry is permitted per customer order number.

      • Entries must be posted within the promotion period to be eligible.

    5. Prize:

      • One winner will receive $5,000 (inc. GST) worth of Meyer Timber products, redeemable through Clennetts Mitre 10 Trade Centres.

      • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

    6. Winner Selection:

      • The winner will be selected based on creativity, originality, and relevance to Meyer Timber products.

      • Judging will occur within 7 business days of the promotion end date.

      • The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message and announced on the participating Instagram accounts.

    7. Conditions:

      • By entering, participants grant Clennetts Mitre 10 and Meyer Timber permission to repost and share submitted content across their marketing channels.

      • Entries must not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.

      • The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms.
